What would make-up be without glitter???
You can glam up your look, bring that extra “umpf”
using glitter.
As the blogger that I am, I love to write and also
read others blogs. By reading I get to know products that I never used before
and also get the opinion on them if it’s worth buying or not.
While reading I came across the products of ‘Eye Kandy Cosmetics’ and I became super curios. And a couple of weeks ago I finally made
an order of some of their products.
If you’ve been following me on twitter you might have
seen this TwitPic. It was just after my
order came in and I was so freakin happy, because the products were to as beautiful
that I expected.
Let me introduce you to the glitter ‘sprinkles’ of the
brand Eye Kandy!

Besides the eye and body safe glitters they also sells
some mineral products, mascara and other stuff. You should definitely go and
take a look for yourself.
About the liquid sugar, it’s kind of a ‘mixing medium’
which you have to use along with the glitters if you want them to stick on your
eye or body.
Believe me when I say, it was difficult to choose the
colors I wanted. Why you ask? Because they have 85(!) different colors and everything is sooo beautiful. I wanted
them all! (^_^)
Finally I got 3 sprinkles with their ‘Liquid sugar’ in the Eye
Kandy bag. I also order two extra loose glitters and received 2 more as a
gesture. So totally I got 7 glitter sprinkles
* Pumpkin Pie – bright orange
* Cotton candy – bright neon pink iridescent, this is
definitely my favorite
* Marshmallow sugar – white iridescent
* Peach Fizz – dark orange iridescent
* Sour Blast – bright turquoise blue
* Citrus Twist – yellow/lime green
* Candy Corn – light copper
As you can notice the glitters have different
textures. Some are super fine while others are chunkier. You can see on their
website what texture each glitter is. If it’s ‘SF’ which is super fine or ‘F’ for
Fine or if the texture is ‘sugar’.
Each sprinkle cost $6.00 and the liquid sugar $ 16.99.
Or you can also get an Eye Kandy bag for $24.95.
As I already
told you above, these glitters are eye and body safe and you can wear them
however you want; for a glamorous eye look, as an eyeliner or even a festive occasion.
At the Enchantra party last month I used the ‘Marshmallow’
along with my Sugarpill colors to make a fun look.
If you are a glitter lover I recommend you these glitters
as they are totally worth it.
