Normally I’m not the type of blogger that share every single limited edition releases, unless I’m excited about it. Well today I got home from work and while scrolling on my daily bloglovin roll, the next line caught my attention.

“MAC Shop MAC, Cook MAC Collection”

First thing, that’s three times too much MAC! Anyway, obviously because of my curiosity I open the post, which by the way was written by Erin of Scandalous Beauty and I noticed a super fun and colorful new spring collection by MAC. Pink, green, red, orange… In one word: colorful! And you know my thing with color… this is right up my alley.

Video: Smokey Eyes Tutorial

A couple of months ago I got the request to do a smokey eye tutorial on dark skin tone. I’ve been postponing this for I don’t know how long. I did made a tutorial then, but wasn’t that happy with the results.

After lots of applying, blending, wiping off and doing it all over again, I finally came out with two different smokey eye looks: a softer one and a dramatic one.

This next tutorial is of the dramatic one. For this look I’ve used my Sleek ‘Oh SoSpecial’ palette since I noticed that I never did any look or tutorial with this palette, which also is one of my favorite palettes.

The softer smokey eye tutorial will be uploaded at the end of this week.

This one is a quicky!

How freaking’ cool is this? While typing this blogpost I’m sitting at Schiphol airport waiting to board my plane.

Okay okay, some of you already may know, but others would be raising an eyebrow right now. At the airport? 

Yes dollz, I’m going away to my lovely island Curacao for a couple of weeks to take care of my lovely mother. She had some surgery some weeks ago and since she can’t come to me, I’m flying to her.

But okay, back to business. As I told you I’m sitting here at the airport, just had a delish sandwich and now I’m waiting. Before the sandwich I swung by the MAC counter. And oh yes yes yes, I had to buy some some.

Anyway to keep it short, I noticed that they weren’t that big but still had quite some stuff. I started snuffling around looking for the “Packed to Go” when my eyes fell on 2 gorgeous colors. A gorgeous frosty sun yellow and an awesome pink which would be just perfect together.

And that’s not it. They are from this fall limited edition Style Driven. Something I didn’t even know about. Both are Pro Longwear eyeshadows and the names of the 2 colors I bought are: The yellow color is called Sun Outlook and the pink Tease with ease.

And I also bought my first paint pot.
